External exposure scan

Checks which services a client's domain or IP exposes to the public internet — open remote-access ports, databases that should be behind a VPN, and TLS certificate health. This opens real connections to the target, so run it only for a client you are engaged with and authorised to test. Private and internal addresses are refused.
